Pursuant to Article 9 of the Provisional Regulation adopted by Resolution No. 18/138 of 23.4.2018 of the Commission of Guarantee

Users are hereby informed that the unions FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI of Puglia and Basilicata have announced their participation in the 24-hour General Strike for the entire working day on 29 November 2024, covering all public and private sectors.

The strike has been called for the following reasons:

• To demand changes to the Budget Law, deemed wholly inadequate in addressing issues of social justice;
• To advocate for the withdrawal of the Security Bill and associated restrictions on the right to dissent;
• To defend pensions and employment protection.

It is noted that the recorded participation rates of the aforementioned unions during the last strike were as follows:

• FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI: Puglia 4.10%
• FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI: Basilicata 9.95%

All services will still be guaranteed during the protected time slots, specifically from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The detailed schedules are provided in the attached table, along with union bulletins.

Service will resume regularly after the conclusion of the strike.
