In addition to previous communications regarding the national strike called by the union USB Lavoro Privato for the entire day of Friday, 13th DECEMBER 2024, users are hereby informed that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has issued MINISTERIAL ORDER No. 202 T, which is attached in its entirety. This order stipulates a REDUCTION TO 4 (FOUR) HOURS for the exercise of the right to strike.

Therefore, on Friday, 13th DECEMBER 2024, the National Strike has been reduced to 4 (four) hours, from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM, in compliance with the guaranteed service time slots.

The previously provided information regarding the reasons for the strike, the participation percentages recorded by the aforementioned unions in the last strike, as well as the services included in the guaranteed time slots—namely from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM—remains confirmed and is attached to this notice for reference.

At the end of the strike, services will resume as normal.
